Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Saini Taxi Services. By booking our taxi, cab rental, tempo traveller, or tour services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all bookings and services provided by us.

2. Booking & Confirmation Policy

2.1 All bookings are subject to availability.
2.2 A confirmation voucher will be sent via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of successful booking.
2.3 The booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 50% Advance Payment is required at the time of booking.
3.2 25% Payment must be paid during the trip.
3.3 The remaining 25% Payment must be cleared one day prior to departure.

3.4 Advance Payment Conditions

• Advance payment must be completed at least 2 days before the travel date.

• Failure to pay the advance may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 All cancellation requests must be made in writing or through the booking platform.

4.2 Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

• 60 days or more before travel: 10% of total cost

• 59 to 30 days before travel: 15% of total cost

• 29 to 15 days before travel: 30% of total cost

• 14 to 8 days before travel: 50% of total cost

• 7 days or less / No Show: No refund

4.3 Same-day cancellations will result in only 50% refund of the advance amount.

5. Pricing & Additional Charges

5.1 Minimum running is 250 kilometers per day.
5.2 Additional charges may apply for:

• Toll tax

• Parking fees

• State taxes

• Permits and entry fees

5.3 Any increase in fuel prices, taxes, or government charges after booking will be borne by the customer.

6. Usage & Travel Conditions

6.1 The vehicle will be used only for lawful purposes.
6.2 Carrying illegal, hazardous, or flammable items is strictly prohibited.
6.3 Local sightseeing or route changes beyond the agreed itinerary will incur extra charges.
6.4 The driver reserves the right to choose routes based on road and safety conditions.

7. Vehicle & Service Policy

7.1 Air conditioning may be turned off in hilly areas for safety and vehicle performance.
7.2 In case of AC malfunction, charges will be adjusted to non-AC rates.
7.3 In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternate vehicle will be provided subject to availability.

8. Damage & Responsibility

8.1 Any damage caused to the vehicle during the trip will be the responsibility of the customer.
8.2 The cost of damage must be paid immediately.
8.3 Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. The company is not liable for any loss.

9. Liability Disclaimer

9.1 Saini Taxi Services shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions caused by:

• Natural disasters

• Weather conditions

• Traffic or road conditions

• Landslides or roadblocks

• Political disturbances

• Vehicle breakdowns

9.2 The company is not liable for:

• Injury, loss, or damage to persons or property

• Delays caused by third-party services

10. Third-Party Services

10.1 Saini Taxi Services does not take responsibility for services such as hotels, restaurants, or shopping arranged by third parties.
10.2 Any disputes with third-party providers must be resolved directly with them.

11. Confidentiality Policy

11.1 All customer information (phone number, email, ID proof, etc.) is kept strictly confidential.
11.2 Information will not be shared with any third party except when required by law.

12. Early Termination of Trip

12.1 If the customer ends the trip before completion, the full booking amount will still be charged.
12.2 No refunds will be provided for unused services.

13. Time & Service Limitations

13.1 Customers must adhere to agreed pickup and drop timings.
13.2 Delays or additional waiting time may result in extra charges.

14. Mode of Payment

We accept payments through:

• Online banking

• UPI

• Debit/Credit cards (if available)

All transactions are processed through secure payment systems.

15. Amendments

Saini Taxi Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
